What You’ll Do:
Find, analyze, and structure real estate investment deals.
Guide clients in setting investment goals, selecting properties, and developing strategies.
Collaborate with agents, transaction coordinators, and support staff to streamline transactions.
Provide ongoing support, focusing on client relationships and portfolio growth.
Manage a high volume of client interactions using leads provided by Vesta.
Ideal Candidate Qualities:
Experience: 2-3 years in real estate or investment-related roles, or ownership of 2+ rental properties.
Licensing: A real estate license is preferred but not required. Vesta will assist with the licensing process if needed.
Knowledge & Skills: Basic real estate investment knowledge, with the ability to analyze deals and interpret key metrics like cash flow and yield.
Analytical Skills: Able to perform essential deal analysis and understand basic financial calculations.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRMs (such as GoHighLevel), real estate analysis tools, Excel for data management, and digital communication platforms.
